It has been a blessing for me to be a candidate for City Council representing Ward 2. Meeting neighbors and making new friends has been a wonderful experience.

I would like to thank the residents of Ward 2 for being so polite, welcoming, and friendly to myself and my volunteers during this election season. As we walked from house to house, knocking on doors, sharing my thoughts and priorities, and listening to neighbors share theirs in return, I was so encouraged and uplifted by the willingness of the members of this community to lean in and engage with each other and participate in important conversations with a desire to work toward solutions. In so many cases we did not talk politics, we just got to know each other.

Prairie Village is a wonderful city and I am blessed to live here with my family.

I am running as a Write-In candidate to give you a choice in Ward 2 of Prairie Village on November 7th. I will work to improve transparency with the Prairie Village Community, protect the structure and design of our neighborhoods and keep the city on a strong economic footing.
